Payment Policy
All talent fees are to be paid directly to the
agency
Print Rates
All talent is booked on individual hourly rates with
a two hour minimum. Time exceeding the two hour minimum will be billed on
the half hour. Talent's time begins at the call time.
Day Rates
A day rate is 9 consecutive hours, with one 1 hour
lunch break. Day rate is 6 times the hourly rate. Day rates must be
requested at time of booking or an hourly rate will apply. Time exceeding
day rate will be 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Time and a Half
Time and a half is charged on bookings before 8:00
a.m. and after 6:00 p.m., as well as Saturdays and Sundays unless
negotiated with the agency prior to booking.
Union Rates
ALL
S.A.G. & A.F.T.R.A. bookings are covered by standard union contracts. If
stills are taken on these bookings, the hourly print rates will be billed
separately.
Usage Fees
Usage fees are to be negotiated with the agency and
must be stated at the time of the booking. Usage fees are in addition to
the talent's hourly rate. Billboards, national ads, consumer product
packaging, poster, hand tags or use of models names all constitute a
"premium" subject to usage fee negotiation.
Travel
Travel fees will be negotiated at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on confirmed bookings:
Agency must be notified
24 hours in advanced or a 1 hour fee will be charged.
Weather Cancellation
Canceling due to weather is subject to a one-hour
fee if not rebooked.
Client Responsibility
Billing Procedure
In order to efficiently bill, the booker needs
client's name and address, department #, purchase order #, Job order #,
product(s) or project title, and authorized individual who will approve
payment.
Agency Fee
There is a 20% agency service charge on all
bookings, travel, usage fees and residuals.
